- Updates from Ro at Parks and Rec.
- Reggiano meeting with Mr Benson re: shortage on plot plan. She also met with girl scouts from REED to visit the site and discuss service projects of trash cans and hydrants.

Getting two tents set up, 20 by 20. Suggestion by Simonds to sell magnets
Girl Scouts to make toys as the premium this year. Butler brought a sample.
Pricing by the dog: $25 first family pet and $10 addtl. Toy for the first pet in the price, addlt toys are $5.
Butler brought sample of dog art, we can do this for $5 donation!
- New Business:
- Signage at the site: Jaeckel and Simonds creating sign for the site. Ready by SYM date. Lawn signs being updated with help from Simonds and Parks and Rec. Placement late April after elections. Permits being sought by Reggiano.
- Fundraising
- ?Can donation envelope get to the Welcome Wagon folks for new residents?
COMEDIAN fundraiser. Butler would like to commit to meeting the comedian and book space. What would be appropriate? Stone River Grill? NMS? Proud Marys?
